Brentford vs. Manchester City

After a rough patch, Manchester City have hit their stride with a 3-game win streak, racking up 14 goals while letting in just one. Sure, their opponents haven’t exactly been top-tier, but hey, you can only beat who’s in front of you, right?

After resting several big names in their 8-0 FA Cup demolition of Salford, I’m betting Pep Guardiola’s team will come out guns blazing as they try to chip away at Liverpool’s 12-point lead.

On the flip side, Brentford had a shocker in the FA Cup, getting booted out by Plymouth, who sit 20th in the Championship. Key players like Yoane Wissa and Bryan Mbeumo didn’t start, and by the time they got on, Plymouth had parked the bus—and probably tossed the keys into the Thames.

Brentford, who won six of their first seven home league games this season, have now dropped their last two at home. Avoiding a third straight home loss for the first time since 2021 won’t be easy, but they’ll look to Bryan Mbeumo to deliver.

The Cameroon international is having a standout season with 13 goals in 20 games, and he’ll back himself to match whatever damage Erling Haaland dishes out. Our bet of the day is him getting a goal and 3.30 are the best odds you’ll find anywhere for this.

Betting Tips:

●  Bet Builder: Man City to Win & Haaland 1+ Shots on Target @1.78

●  Bryan Mbeumo Anytime Scorer @3.30

Chelsea vs. Bournemouth

For weeks, Chelsea players and fans jokingly insisted they weren’t in the title race, even though they came close to topping the table around Christmas.

Well, the football gods sure have a sense of humor, because now the Blues are winless in their last four league games. They've gone from being just two points behind Liverpool to trailing by 10. Yikes!

On the other hand, Bournemouth are flying, unbeaten in seven straight matches across all competitions. They’ve shown they’re fearless against the big boys, racking up wins over Arsenal, Spurs, and both Manchester clubs, while earning draws against Aston Villa and Newcastle.

Both sides had a field day in the FA Cup over the weekend—Bournemouth smashed West Brom 5-1, and Chelsea matched that with a 5-0 rout of Morecambe.

Their last Premier League clash ended in a narrow 1-0 win for Chelsea, but the real headline was the 14 yellow cards handed out, a league record for one game. While it’s unlikely we’ll see that level of chaos again, expect plenty of fireworks as Bournemouth aim to settle the score this time around.

Betting Tips:

●  Double Chance: Bournemouth to Win or Draw @2.40

●  Over 2.5 Total Booking For Chelsea @1.91

West Ham vs. Fulham

After nearly two years away from the game, Graham Potter is back, stepping in as the Hammers’ new boss to replace Julen Lopetegui, who had been walking a tightrope all season. Potter’s debut didn’t go to plan, with a loss to Aston Villa in the FA Cup, but let’s be real—the man had barely signed the dotted lines before kickoff. Expectations are sky-high for Mr. Potter, but at least this time he’s not hunting Horcruxes.

For now, keeping the team clear of relegation is the bare minimum, with next season focused on a top-half finish and maybe even a shot at Europe.

Meanwhile, Fulham haven’t lost since late November, but they’ve been stuck in a bit of a draw rut—six in their last nine games, to be exact. Their September meeting with West Ham ended the same way (1-1), and while Fulham have had a much stronger season overall, they’re looking a little stretched. Call it a hunch, but I think Graham Potter gets a win here. You know, that classic “new manager bounce” effect.

Betting Tips:

●  West Ham To Win @2.87

●  Over 1.5 Goals @1.23

Nottingham Forest vs. Liverpool

If you’d told me at the start of the season that Matchday 21 would feature a top-of-the-table clash between Liverpool and Forest, I’d have been tempted to call the nearest asylum.

But here we are—Liverpool sitting pretty at the top and Forest right there with them in joint-second. As Tems would say, crazy things are ‘appening. Nottingham Forest aren’t pretenders. With 12 wins (second-most in the league) and a defense that’s conceded just 19 goals (also joint-second best), they’re the real deal.

Fun fact: they’re one of only two teams yet to concede a goal from an error, meaning every goal they’ve let in has been hard-earned. Oh, and they handed Liverpool their only league loss this season. If Forest wins here, they’d pull off a league double over Liverpool for the first time since 1962/63.

This one’s tight. I think Liverpool will avenge that September defeat, especially after resting some key players in their FA Cup win over the weekend. Mo Salah should stay hot in front of goal, but I wouldn’t bet against Forest breaking through with their electric wingers, Calum Hudson-Odoi and Anthony Elanga.

Betting Tips:

●  Both Teams to Score @1.66

●  Bet Builder: Liverpool Win + Mo Salah Anytime Scorer @2.63

Atalanta vs. Juventus

A 19-game unbeaten streak that includes 12 draws stinks. That’s Juventus’s record in the league and you’d find more excitement in a burial ground than at their games.

Atalanta, on the other hand, are flying high, sitting 3rd in the league and just 5 points off leaders Napoli with a game in hand. We’ve talked about Juventus’ knack for drawing games this season, but here’s another stat that should sway you that way; 10 of the last 15 meetings between these two teams have ended in a draw.

In fact, since Gian Piero Gasperini became manager of Atalanta in 2016, this is the most drawn fixture in Italy’s top tier. I don’t know about other Serie A results, but this seems like sure odds for our online betting community.

Betting Tips:

●  Draw @3.20

●  Under 3.5 Goals @1.21

Newcastle United vs. Wolverhampton

Let’s keep it simple—Newcastle should take this one. The Magpies are on an 8-game winning streak across all competitions, with victories over Aston Villa, Man Utd, and Arsenal.

That’s no small feat, and they’re looking well on course for a second EFL Cup final in three years. Alexander Isak is in red-hot form, bagging 13 goals in 18 games and scoring in each of his last 7 league matches.

Wolves have been solid lately, but with Newcastle firing on all cylinders, my betting tips reflect an amazing day in waiting for the Magpies.

Betting Tips:

●  Newcastle to Win @1.37

●  Alexander Isak Anytime Scorer @1.74

Arsenal vs. Tottenham Hotspur

If you listen closely, you can almost hear the alarm bells ringing at the Emirates. Frustrated Arsenal fans are cranking up the pressure on Mikel Arteta after a rough 8 days that saw them draw with Brighton (EPL), lose to Newcastle (EFL Cup semi-final first leg), and bow out to Man Utd in the FA Cup.

Unless they pull off a miracle, their trophy drought could stretch to five years, and injuries are piling up with Gabriel Jesus now added to the growing list.

A win in the North London Derby against bitter rivals Spurs might be the jolt they need, but without Bukayo Saka, their attack has looked flat, and I’m not sold on their chances. If I’m putting my chips anywhere, it’s on two things: goals and Arsenal racking up corners.

Betting Tips:

●  Over 2.5 Goals @1.44

●  Over 10.5 Corners @1.69

Inter vs. Bologna

This game might be tougher for Inter than people expect, and they’ll need to bring their A-game to secure all three points. The last five clashes between these two have been tight, with two wins each and a draw, while Bologna have impressively scored in their last 13 league visits to the Nerazzurri.

Add to that Inter’s own streak of scoring in 31 consecutive Serie A home games (averaging 2.4 goals per match), and it’s clear this one could go either way. Playing it safe, I’m backing Inter to at least avoid defeat, but I think both teams find the net.

Betting Tips:

●  Double Chance: Inter or Draw @1.11

●  Both Teams to Score @1.84

Bayern Munich vs. Hoffenheim

Hoffenheim might be hovering just above the relegation zone, but they’ve got a reputation as Bayern’s kryptonite. The last time they faced off, Hoffenheim stunned the Bavarians with a 4-2 win, thanks to a second-half hat-trick from Andrej Kramaric.

Since the 2016/17 season, they’ve taken 18 points off Bayern (W5 D3 L8)—only Gladbach (20) has done better in that span. So, this won’t be a smooth win for the hosts as most people expect.

That said, I’d be shocked if Munich doesn’t come into this one with the ruthlessness it deserves. They’re unbeaten in 22 Bundesliga games, while Hoffenheim is winless in their last eight across all competitions. But hey, it’s 2025, and I’m here for calculated risks, so here’s where my picks lean...

Betting Tips:

●  Harry Kane Anytime Scorer @1.45

●  Both Teams to Score @1.88

Ipswich Town vs. Brighton & Hove Albion

Ipswich’s results might not scream brilliance, but they’ve been quietly impressive this season. They finally grabbed their first home league win against Chelsea, followed it up with a draw at Fulham, and cruised past Bristol Rovers 3-0 in the FA Cup.

Things are looking up, and taking points off Brighton would only sweeten the deal. Honestly, I wouldn’t put it past them.

Their last meeting in September ended 0-0, despite Brighton dominating with 21 shots and 69% possession. The Seagulls will likely hog the ball again, but Ipswich has the grit you love to see in a newly promoted side.

Liam Delap and his crew have that never-say-die attitude, and I think the young Irishman finds the net here. I’m backing them to avoid defeat.

Betting Tips:

●  Double Chance: Ipswich to Win or Draw @1.86

●  Liam Delap Anytime Scorer @2.88

Manchester United vs. Southampton

After a solid road trip where they grabbed a point at Anfield and sent Arsenal packing from the FA Cup, the Red Devils are back at Old Trafford to face Southampton. The home fans will expect nothing less than a comfortable win—especially after watching their team lose the last three games at Old Trafford.

Amad Diallo has been United’s standout attacker this season, and there’s a fire in Bruno Fernandes’ eyes that feels different in the best way. That combination should be more than enough to handle a Southampton side that, let’s be honest, is currently the worst team in the league.

Betting Tips:

●  Bet Builder: Man Utd to Win & Bruno 1+ Shots on Target  @1.50

●  Amad Diallo Anytime Scorer @2.78
