My POV
There was little action from my end this weekend, to be honest. Man City’s failure to score in Saturday’s early kickoff against Spurs killed my ticket before the rest of the games even started. I recouped some losses the next day though, thanks to Kylian Mbappé scoring. Como’s win over Lazio, and Napheesa Collier dropping 32 points (over 28.5) in the Lynx’s victory against the Fever in the WNBA. Anyway, enough about me, let’s check out the week’s big winners:
The Draw Specialists
This weekend’s biggest winners brought back memories of last season’s Juventus as they kept pulling off draw after draw. Here’s how they did it:
Winner 1: K31Q-3B4YS-B-YUKK
We’re starting off with the biggest winner of the week and, as hinted, it came from an all-draw ticket that paid off big time. With a betting stake of just ₦2,000, this player walked away with a massive ₦14.2m. The actual payout was ₦12.4m, but thanks to BetKing’s Acca Bonus, he got an extra 15% which added another ₦1.8m, pushing the total to that eye-popping ₦14.2m. You know we’re the best betting site in Nigeria, so we always throw in some jara.
So how did he pull it off? By stacking 7 draws worth 6,211 odds. Betting on draws is like watching a lady in labour; it’s tough, nerve-racking, and needs plenty of prayer, but when it finally comes through? The joy is unbeatable. I know say joy go wan wound this guy.
Winner 2: K31Q-3H5U9-7U-S2XX
Just like Winner 1, this guy also pulled off a 7-leg parlay packed with draws, turning a ₦1,000 stake into a cool ₦6.2m. Sure, every big win needs a slice of luck, but we can all agree all-draw parlays need a full-on miracle.
Winner 2’s miracle showed up in Wycombe Wanderers’ 2-2 clash with Reading. It kicked off with Lagos-born duo Daniel Udoh and Fred Onyedinma combining for Wycombe’s opener. Reading then flipped the game on its head before halftime, taking the lead and looking like they’d take all 3 points. However, a late strike from substitute James Tilley saved Wycombe and probably had Winner 2 celebrating that equaliser harder than most Wycombe fans.
One pattern to note here is that, just like Winner 1, all his picks came from the lower leagues and the Scottish Premier League.
Winner 3: K31Q-M97HF-35-W11V
This winner had 8 picks on his parlay, landing at 20,091 odds, and, with our 20% bonus acca, turned ₦150 to ₦3.6m. Can you guess what it was built on? Yup! 8 full-time predictions all on draws, all sticking to the same trend of selections from England’s lower leagues and the Scottish Premier League. E be like say pesin share update last week.
Winner 4: K31Q-H77ZE-35-ZQ7F
Okay. Someone definitely shared some updates because now I’m feeling both angry and jealous right now. The first four winners all used the same strategy, stacking draws from the lower leagues and Scotland while taking advantage of the best odds we provide on BetKing. This winner flipped ₦500 into a sweet ₦3.47m. Not bad for a weekend’s work.
Now, there’s always the exception to the rule, and this guy strolled to the English Premier League to make one selection; Crystal Palace vs. Nottingham Forest.
FootballGO

FootballGO is the gift that keeps on giving and this week was no different as it delivered winners. Let’s highlight two that caught our eye:
Winner 5: K31S-292TM-35-X3KP
Nothing good comes easy, and you can tell this winner really did his homework. He probably noticed a trend of early goals in certain leagues on FootballGO, so he headed straight to Germany and Portugal for his picks. He stacked 4 selections of Over 2.5 (1st half), which came out to 101 odds. With a ₦10,000 stake, that smart move earned him a tidy ₦1m.
Winner 6: K31P-JD2TM-35-HT5V
In football, you’ve got players like Bruno Fernandes who need lots of shot attempts before the magic finally happens. Frustrating but worth it when it clicks. Then there are the Paul Scholes types; one clean strike and it’s in the top corner. This winner was very much the Scholes of online betting.
With just one selection, he turned ₦50k into over half a million. It came from a live game on FootballGO that looked set to end goalless. He stayed patient, kept his stake ready, and pounced at the perfect moment when Over 0.5 goals hit 10.5 odds. This was like Paul Scholes against Barcelona in 2008 - one shot, one goal, victory!
Free Bets

Like we always say, Free Bets from BetKing are your chance to test new strategies. After all, what better time to experiment and take risks than when you’re playing with house money? Winner 7 did exactly that.
Winner 7: K31Q-1QEZK-7U-2ZEK
Our 7th winner of the week made the most of his ₦1,000 free bet and walked away with a stunning ₦740k. He put together a 15-leg parlay covering more than 6 leagues, from the England U21 league and Russian Youth League to the Regionalliga and the FAW Championship in Wales. He even mixed in our new HTUP feature, using it perfectly in Chelsea’s win over West Ham… something we actually predicted on while dishing out betting tips last weekend. Bet Builder

The Bet Builder feature gives people an actual edge, letting them put their football knowledge to work and win big. And these guys did just that:
Winner 8: K31R-HY7QJ-B-A6WF
Four picks on a slip might sound straightforward, but when it’s on Bet Builder, it shows real research at work. This winner crafted his 4-leg parlay entirely through the Bet Builder feature, leaning on his knowledge (and the domestic dominance) of PSV, Sporting CP, Barcelona, and Benfica.
As usual, some luck is needed and he got his in Spain. The Barcelona game nearly ruined things, with the Catalans going 2-0 down in the first half. They pulled it back early in the second, but it wasn’t until stoppage time that an Unai Elgezabal own goal sealed the win. That late twist gave Barcelona 3 points and turned this guy’s ₦500k stake into ₦2.8m.
Winner 9: K31R-119VA-B-YBPY
Our final winner of the week put together a 6-leg parlay that included a smart Bet Builder pick at 1.90 odds. The selection was Arsenal to either win or draw against Leeds, plus new signing Viktor Gyökeres to score his first competitive goal for the Gunners. Honestly, Arsenal losing at home to Leeds never felt likely, so the real question was whether Gyökeres would find the net, especially after his rough debut at Old Trafford last weekend. Luckily, this winner didn’t have to wait long. The Swedish striker scored in the 48th minute, sealing the ticket and turning a ₦200k stake into ₦2.3m.
What We Learned

- Patience Is Key In Live Betting: Winner 6 knew exactly what he was after. He kept a close eye on FootballGO live betting and struck at just the right moment. With live bets, patience and timing make all the difference, and Winner 6 showed he had both.
- Give HTUP A Try: This feature is a real game changer, and it’s great to see winners taking full advantage of it. With dominant teams, it’s often smarter to lock in wins early, and if they don’t get the job done by half-time, you’ve still got another 45 minutes to rescue the ticket.
- Strategize On Your Draws: Draw-only parlays are the toughest to land, but our first four winners might have revealed a pattern worth noting: stick to the lower leagues, where teams are more evenly matched, especially at this point in the season when squads are fresh and legs aren’t tired yet.
